I am now partnered with The Lactation Network (covering UnitedHealthcare, Aetna PPOs, MultiPlan, PNOA, and others) and Wildflower Health (for Cigna members). You can find the links to verify your coverage here:

Wildflower Health for Cigna members
I can also accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as cash, checks, credit cards, and electronic payments.
While I am unable to bill Medicaid directly as an IBCLC, I offer a sliding scale for those families.
If I am out of network with your insurance plan, I leave you with what is called a “super-bill” which is a receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Also, HSAs and FSAs fully reimburse your expenses for lactation support. Keep those receipts!
Many insurance companies do not cover Lactation visits directly. They require the family to pay directly out of pocket and seek reimbursement from them. Some families have had difficulty getting reimbursed, it is your right to get reimbursed! This website can offer more information on breastfeeding insurance benefits. IBCLC Rachel O’Brian has written an article to help guide you through the process of seeking reimbursement.
I look forward to supporting your family—please reach out to schedule an appointment.
