My Brest Friend Nursing Pillow.  I LOVE this pillow.  Most of the mothers I work with love it.  Some do not, however. I love it because unlike other nursing pillows, this one actually is supportive.  It securely surrounds the mom (we joke it looks like a life preserver).  The pillow is FIRM and FLAT so baby won’t roll anywhere! It help best in situations where there is a lot of pain in nursing, or baby (or mom!) just needs more support. I do suggest that, as it is not a long time need, try to have one or two in your group of friends and relatives, or find it at a mother baby sale.
